Sounds like a company I was working for. They make you take ever cert over and over again and try to make the Train-the-Train mandatory which is why I pretty much left. Cost to much to get and they started going down hill anyway so I look for companies that accept me for what I can do for students.

I would say that I tried to please everyone in the beginning. Remember that they are there for you first and then you can be there for them as they need it. I also didn't know things in the beginning or how to word things so I practiced to myself and made instructor notes that I added to over...

No as long as they are knowledgeable and understand the material they are teaching is the simple answer. I take in to consideration might have other certs and/or degrees. Could also have the do a demo teach and see how they preform. I have had to do this Infront of co-workers and actual students.

I don't think it should. I only see mine stay the same or extend out for the expiration date. That is my experience.

40 hours I lecture in as well. I try to give students the best possible explain of each term I can and in demonstrating them if I can as well. Labs I know can very since they are using it to test their knowledge and get repetition in.
