@Stuart is spot on. To earn vouchers you have to complete a TTT series at the time it is being held. Watching on-demand after the fact does not earn a voucher. One does not get the Instructor Guide 30 day sample either. Generally all the other materials are available, but those two things...

You probably did, but did you check your spam folder? I had an issue a number of years back where some CompTIA bulk stuff was listed in the dnsblacklist so I missed some things like that.
I agree, both of those appear wrong. RIck's bringing in the right people, but... maybe we should a 'bug' reporting feature to the CIN forums which feeds into the development teams for things like this... Thoughts?
