Greetings everyone. I have been participating in the CySA+ webinar and got the access key to access the eBook and certmaster Lab for 90 days and did not use the key until today when i wanted to redeem the access code. However it says the access key has expired. what should I do next?

I would like to know if CompTIA is facing any challenges in shipping certificates, My Pen Test+ certificate in certmetrics shows that it was shipped on 12th January, 2023 but up to now I have not received it.

I thought of sharing this, I had a class of 19 students writing SK0-005 exam and all of them passed.
