    Hello! The final assessment for the new Cloud+ curriculum displays a denied access message for the sim questions. I am not sure if you are aware of this. Thank you!

    Hi Russ, are you able to share a screenshot here of what you are displaying? And I assume this is CertMaster Learn correct?

    Below is what appears on the screen. I have a ticket already in with tech support and it is now being escalated.

    I know our access to the question bank expires at the end of the month. Would it be possible to get a little more time with it? @Stephen Schneiter

Can you please just confirm a few things for me? This is CertMaster Learn correct? Also, can you provide the email that is associated with the account? Happy to check into
