However, after redeeming the content, I can't the same from the site.
I am really confused as I can't seem to benefit from these resources until they expire.

I don't know if it only me experiencing such.
I am successfully redeeming for the content but I can't access the content.
When I click to access the content, nothing opens

There are a number of causes I can see that might cause these results and what you might do:

1) The complimentary access to the Instructor guides is 30 days. So when you activate the license, it goes 30 days, after which, it will disappear. I recommend the first thing that someone does at activation is download all the materials, including the PDFs for the books.

2) CompTIA's licensing for books now seems to have shifted to a common code which you have to activate during the TTT series. If you try to activate it after the fact, the code won't work because it's expired.

Previously, you had to participate within the first week of the TTT to get a code, and each person would get their own code. With Project+, the books were a common code, which would only last as long as the seminar.

3) If you have a live subscription for CertMaster, Instructor Guide, Learn/Lab/Practice and it is not letting you in, check your SSO account and how you're logging in. You may need to reach out to CompTIA support for that - to see if your account in in good order.

Thank you for the comprehensive answer. I understand all these points, 1 and 2 and are fine. I know that the access expires after 30 days. For the Project+, I haven't understood your point. On point 3, I have also not gotten you right. On my side, when the email with the content access redemption comes, I just use the URL they have given to redeem the access and I also see the content on my side. But when I try access the content so that I may download, the site seems unavailable.
I follow this guide given in the email.

Thanks Rick. I hadn't realized we switched to common code, so I was waiting until I had study time. Fooey I have apparently done myself out of some books.
