I suggest that you have, at minimum, the dates you taught and the name and point of contact (email) for the organization that sponsored or offered the class. I try to submit a syllabus or course agenda slide as an upload.
Which exam are you referring to, Jeff? I believe that you are allowed to proctor the Tech+ exam as an instructor. According to the rules laid out by CompTIA and Pearson, instructors for any other course are not allowed to proctor exams.
Earning Security+ does renew A+ and Network+. However, if your Network+ expires, you must take that exam again.

For CertMaster Labs I suggest opening another one of the labs and in the Help tab on the right side of the screen selecting 'Open a Case'. From there you can open a case with support and ask them to reset that lab environment. In the past they typically got that done within 24 hours.
