I have loved computers since my first one in 1983 – a Commodore 64. It had a whopping 64K of RAM..whoa!! I have earned multiple technical certifications, most notably I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I). Bill Gates signed my engineering certificate, which I think is cool.

I earned my Associates of Arts Degree in Computer Information Systems from Scottsdale (Arizona) Community College. I continued my education at Arizona State University (go Sun Devils!) earning my Bachelor of Science in Management. For my Master Degree in Business Administration I attended the University of Phoenix, mostly attending classes online. I am currently earning my PhD in Instructional Design and Technology.

In my career I have been a corporate trainer for both Microsoft and for the IT division of the University of Phoenix. I have taught students at the college level since 2001.
