This is part of my issue too - I have better internet via my cell phone provider but they insist that I use the ethernet, and won't let me tether my cell phone so it can act as ethernet (the phone has to be out of reach) so I have had to go back to on-site exams.

You should still document what you found & when (dates) in writing with screenshots. Ideally, ALSO reproduce it and run some kind of screen share or recorder so they can see what happens in real-time. Send them both exclusively. You can't force them to pay you for a bug they can't reproduce...
