    LOST ACCESS TO OLD EMAIL

    One of my student has lost access to old email, is it possible for him to transfer his Lab account (Portal.comptia.org) and associate to another email id

    My concern is to be able to take remote control of a lab so that if my student is stuck and its difficult for him to follow instructions, I can remotely work on his lab to help him, like we used to have with Learn on Demand, but didn't see that option on new comptia platform

    Yes, having more labs is a good thing, my concern is different, if CompTIA does divide these labs into 2 parts, first part has all the labs to be completed during the training and second part to be done after training, this works well as one of the vendor did use that approach and received good...
