My career has taken me many different places and allowed me to work several industries from retail and hospitality to construction and technology. One thing I have learned is that we are all in the business of people. I use this realization as the foundation of my consulting, training, and coaching for organizations and individuals in the areas of management, leadership, strategic planning, and talent development.
My strongest personal characteristic is curiosity and I find myself attracted to learning new things. I crave projects and opportunities that allow me to use my entrepreneurial/intrepreneurial talents and experience to look for solutions to difficult problems.
