    I guess mine was from the SSO, my instructor account merged with my old college I worked at it is showing. I have some students on Security Pro where nothing is coming through, if they call the number for account merging, they are told to submit a ticket and its been a bit now so getting worried...

    I would still attend the live sessions, listen when you can to pick up some of it, I believe you get the CertMaster access key later on, but I stay on the TTT anyway because I notice when I am watching videos again, hearing the word I heard prior and went what in the world just happened??? helps...

With the students attending the internship, can you have them do assignments? little "journals?"...
