    Do You Report Cheating?

I am suspicious of the “hard evidence” claim. I sat SecurityX two weeks ago. My audio and video were recorded. I sincerely hope CompTIA is not too lazy or overworked to request audio and video from that testing environment.

Seeking Suggestions for Enhancing Student Engagement in Security+ Class

Hi M. Shehata. Kudos on choosing the best possible forum for that question. Hope to see you here often. I started training Security+ in June, 2023 and have polished my presentations to keep students engaged. Here are some items that may work for you. 1. Home network scan. When you get to the...

    Knowing NIST

For starters, I passed SecurityX on Thursday. Slightly more miserable than PenTest+ a few years back. NIST was not on the test. However, this was the first time I have ever seen DKIM/SPF on a test. 145 minutes with no bathroom break. Not sure how long CompTIA can sustain that policy.

Why has CompTIA no Exam Question Feedback Button during Exam?

AI and Its Impact on Test Preparation

I am afraid to ask how much the ambiguous PBQs cost. Here we go… How much do the ambiguous PBQ’s cost? How about the questions that prompted you to move five items from the left column to the appropriate squares and sequence in the right column?

AI and Its Impact on Test Preparation

I tell my Security+ students they’re taking the class so they can do a job that requires cybersecurity knowledge. The Security+ certification is a prerequisite. They have to shine during the job interview and during the first 90 days at the new job, or else they will find themselves unemployed...

Security+ and Certified Ethical Hacker Content Overlap

Going to answer a few questions here. 1. Just to clarify, I meant EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker. 2. The training partner informed me they did not win the bid. I do not have a pending CEH training opportunity. 3. Back in April, another training partner won a bid and scheduled me to train...

Security+ and Certified Ethical Hacker Content Overlap

Thank you Precious. I am not sure the client’s proposal was chosen. I just know I am part of an 8-figure proposal. More news to follow.

Security+ and Certified Ethical Hacker Content Overlap

Hi gang. I told an authorized training partner I can train Security+. They scheduled me to deliver Certified Ethical Hacker for a full week this upcoming November. They have not specified the curriculum yet. What content overlap can I expect with Security+ material in CEH?
