Biography – MSc. Phan Dinh Duy Thong​

MSc. Phan Dinh Duy Thong, born in 1987, is currently a lecturer in the Department of Information Security at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), and the Founder and Academic Director of NEO Training Center, a professional IT training hub specializing in Networking and Cloud Computing.


Holding a Master’s degree in Computer Vision, Mr. Thong is actively involved in teaching and developing curricula in Cryptography, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Security. As a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI), he brings extensive experience in delivering official Cisco programs such as CCNA and CCNP, both in university and enterprise training environments.


Founded in 2016, NEO Training Center has grown to become an official Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) in Vietnam, where all networking course completion certificates are issued directly by Cisco. NEO is also recognized as one of the leading AWS Cloud training providers in Vietnam, known for its practical curriculum, expert instructors with multiple AWS certifications, 24/7 learner support, and a unique lifetime free re-learning policy.
