I’m a passionate trainer with more than 20 years experience, and a founder of a leading ICT services company based in Malaysia: InfoSyte.
Among my certifications, I’m a Huawei Certified System Instructor (HCSI), a Cisco Certified System Instructor (CCSI), a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
I started InfoSyte in 2009 with a mission to help organisations use ICT effectively and efficiently. We provide services internationally to clients from Asia-Pacific, Africa and North America.
I’m a firm believer that training should be fun and engaging so that trainees have the ability to learn themselves in their own time. While I’m formally a trainer, I’m also a storyteller: I love to distill complex theories into language that trainees can understand and recall easily.
