I would like to know if CompTIA is facing any challenges in shipping certificates, My Pen Test+ certificate in certmetrics shows that it was shipped on 12th January, 2023 but up to now I have not received it.

Not sure. Still waiting on a couple from December & January as well. After getting the email that you passed, did you go in to your account and confirm your delivery address? They won't even start the shipping process until you do, and then it can take a couple of months, depending on where in the world it is going to.
