Should we require CTT+ for CIN approved instructors?

I'm not sure I would agree in requiring the CTT+ to join. However in going along with the tier theme or even for certain levels of access or resources, YES! A carrot stick approach, let them in and see the carrot and how much more you can get with the CTT+.
Guess I didn't phrase that question well haha. Meant for the tier stuff, not just joining CIN. I'm with you, let 'em in!
I think if they want to teach and have access to teaching opportunities they should have the CTT+. I would agree with Alton, let them in and if they get their CTT+ they are eligible for jobs or other things.
I agree with all the comments so far. CIN is open to all instructors. Let's define the tiers and have CTT+ a requirement for moving up the ladder. Also professional development of some degree would be required for other levels.
Stephen I agree with what you've suggested. How about the "stacking of certifications" where you have, the CTT+ stacked on top of "CompTIA Network Vulnerability Assessment Professional - CNVP"? Then again, for Lee his email signature is long enough now and adding the combination of base certifications along with the stackables would consume way too much bandwidth.
