CAPP told me to reach out to my account manager but I havent been able to get a hold of him
Anyone Else getting this error when they try to login to their partner portal?

CAPP told me to reach out to my account manager but I havent been able to get a hold of him
I saw an email the 17th that stated a maintenance window. Assuming this could be apart of it? Since CompTIA was acquired?

We want to let you know that exciting changes will be coming to our community in 2025! Some of the changes will include a new, enhanced interface that will serve as your one-stop shop for accessing CompTIA resources, your CompTIA representatives, and Technical Support. Of course, we will see updates to our CIN community forums, including new community features and badging opportunities!
As we prepare for the new changes, we will experience some work zone construction as work continues on the platform's back end. The first work zone you will encounter will occur on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. The first time you log into the CIN community on or after December 18th, you will be asked to reset your password, as we cannot move this information between platforms. You can also reset your password anytime using the password reset tool.
Please note that this password reset will not affect any other CompTIA services you access. This change will only be for accessing the CIN community.
We look forward to your continued engagement in the CIN community as we prepare for a new year!

CompTIA is in the process of making improvements to the CompTIA site overall, including the Partner Portal. With the changes to the back end systems, log in to the portal is not available currently and the resources behind the log is not available. The advice you received from CAPP would be correct, you need to talk with your account manager for information and any services you were trying to access.
