How can i get training

Dear Instructors,
I'm on of the Certified Instructor in my Organisation. I got security+ training contents and i successfully certified , started to deliver the certification to our students. Now we have multiple enquiry for other certification. But when i tried to self certified first then the BDM saying now all material delivery is freeze so i didn't get any vouchers. Is it correct or is I was wrong? I m confused please clarify the truth

We have no way of knowing the deal or contract your organisation has with CompTIA. You need to solve this with your employer and with their CompTIA representative.

Then you should contact your CompTIA contact person in order to buy the training materials you need.

Or using your CompTIA partner account, simply buy the materials you need through CompTIA.

I don't know what a BDM is or what "freezing" of vouchers is.

BDM is a Business Development Manager, the representative in CompTIA that interfaces with partners. I haven't heard of a voucher or materials freeze, but perhaps while CompTIA restructures its business to more of a for-profit model, it has to manage costs. But then, I haven't had to request a comp of anything for quite a while. /r
