Moving from ITF to Tech+ in the Fall 2025.

Noticed CompTIA offers Tech+ Learn and Tech+ Labs.

I have instructor access to both.

I noticed in CompTIA Tech+ Learn there are labs. Of course, I have access to Tech+ Labs.

My question is do I need to purchase CompTIA Tech+ Learn and CompTIA Tech+ Labs for the labs to work? Is there any benefit in purchase CompTIA Tech+ Labs if my students already have CompTIA Tech+ Learn?

Thank you for any information you can provide.

I received an answer from CompTIA. Posting it here for others.

You don’t need to purchase CertMaster Labs Tech+ when you purchase CertMaster Learn Tech+. CertMaster Learn already includes the labs as part of the curriculum, so there’s no need for an additional purchase.

CertMaster Labs Tech+ are typically purchased alongside a Tech+ Student Guide to provide students with hands-on lab experiences. However, since CertMaster Learn integrates these labs within the learning platform, it covers both the curriculum and lab activities.
