Remote control of Labs

Hello imsrj,
I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish or your class setting, but you could impersonate the student you are trying to hel
My concern is to be able to take remote control of a lab so that if my student is stuck and its difficult for him to follow instructions, I can remotely work on his lab to help him, like we used to have with Learn on Demand, but didn't see that option on new comptia platform

Is it possible to take remote control of CompTIA Labs on this platform.comptia.org
I don't think there is a native function for this. You'd have to coordinate a third-party solution, perhaps using Teams or Zoom that allows for a screen share.

Yes @Rick Butler with teams, zoom or other virtual tools you can take control of one screen and assist at anytime. @imsrj.cse I hope this helps.
