LOST ACCESS TO OLD EMAIL

One of my student has lost access to old email, is it possible for him to transfer his Lab account (Portal.comptia.org) and associate to another email id
Did you not tell him, to use a private, personal Email Account and not a School or employee Account for his SSO Data?
One of the First things i tell students, when they need to sign up for CompTIA or other Vendors. Don`t you do that?

As Rick mentioned, he should contact support.
And have proof of the old account

Who do you ask Rick Butler or me? CompTIA Support does not read here. This is something, that should not happen. And when, the instructor should not ask a trainer Forum for solving this. The first thing is to contact the CompTIA Support (from the Student). And as i said: Advise students to use a private Mail Account, and then, use th scholl/ University account as business contact..
