Did you *just* complete them? Because if so, I'm afraid you wouldn't qualify for a voucher. You would have needed to complete all the sessions by October 23 (two weeks after the last scheduled session) in order to qualify.
No, I completed a few days after the last session, but I do not remember the exact date. Can we check the last time those videos were watched?
There's nothing in the On24 platform that I can see when a participant watched a particular video - only perhaps when the completed the video and earned their certificate (which is why I always tell people to get their certificate right then and there, in case there is a discrepancy. CompTIA's data team vets these for potential fraud before placing the order with PearsonVUE. This usually can take 6-8 weeks to do.

You might be able to open the link to the last session, and if you're using the same account as before, it should recognize you and show your completion certificate for that session. I'm not sure how long those are available after completing a session. But usually if I revisit a session I've already watched, my certificate is still there.
