Hi everyone 👋


I'm Seang from AICA Academy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia — a new CIN member and a newly licensed private academy focused on AI, cybersecurity, and IT certification training.


I submitted our application to become a CompTIA Training Delivery Partner about 8 days ago via the partner form at comptia.org/en-us/partner/ but have not received any reply yet. I also tried following up via [email protected] but received an error — the email bounced back.


Could anyone in the community advise:


  • What is the correct contact email or route to follow up on a Training Delivery Partner application from a non-US / international institution?
  • Is there a dedicated APAC regional contact I should reach out to directly?
  • Has anyone else experienced delays after submitting the partner form, and how did you resolve it?

Any guidance from experienced CIN members or CompTIA staff would be greatly appreciated. Happy to share more about AICA Academy if helpful — we are very committed to bringing CompTIA certifications to Cambodia and the wider ASEAN region.

We just had a national holiday here in the US, our 250th Independence Day celebration on July 4th, so it may take a little longer than normal to get back to you.

There should be a Business Development Manager for the Asian Pacific Region. You will need to find that person's name and reach out to them. CompTIA is not as big as you may think. Send me an email from your work email (not Gmail or free email platforms) to [email protected] and I will forward to my rep and see if she can track down the Asian Region rep. Make sure to put "CIN Instructor - Cambodia" in the subject line or I will ignore it.
