Hey Ali, belated welcome. I believe the series you watched was archived. CIN provides a voucher only when attending live or on demand (Generally within two weeks of the final session) of a Train the Trainer series.
Participate actively in the community, and attend the webinars and TTT series.
On demand series does not have complimentary exam vouchers. But you can contact your CompTIA representative and talk to them.
