Hello Sivenesan:

So this happened to me some time ago. I believe customer service can help you, but you may need to furnish some evidence of your ownership of the account, in some way. I was asked for an image of both of my numbers together - they were able to accept that as my owning both accounts.

Yes, you will need to go through customer service to combine the accounts. Sounds like @Rick speaks for experience.
