Space For Training Class

Does anyone have any good ideas on finding space to start a IT Fundamentals + Training class in Tampa, Florida?

Thanks for the reply and please forgive the delay in responding on my part. Either space would work fine. It will be set up as a Virtual Instructor Led Training room.
