I'm looking for a new book for my classes.

I'd like a book which:
  1. Covers all objectives
  2. Separates the 1001 and 1002
  3. Has an instructor manual
  4. Has instructor slide sets
  5. Available in print and digital versions
I'd be happy with 3 out of 5.
