It doesn't appear that the v11 series materials are available for purchase just yet. Since v11 is about to launch, they'll show up in the Store at that point.
Don't forget, if you are doing the TTT series, you get a copy of the Instructor and Student guides.

The A+ content for the 1100 series should be avialable on the store later this week when the exam launches.
You need to attend all 10 core 1 sessions by the deadline that will be announced, usually a week or so after the last session, to get the core 1 voucher. It usually takes about a month to receive it. So guessing: May 12 (last session I think)+ 2 weeks grace to catch up + one month processing, you will get in automatically to the email you signed up for the TTT sessions with if you are also a comptia partner instructor. You are here on CIN, the other requirement. Rinse & repeat for core 2 session & voucher they project. Based on what was announced in session 3, should finish core 2 sometime in July, add 2 weeks for catching up + 1 month to process, you can probably expect to have your core 2 voucher end of August/early September. You can schedule & test via Pearson as soon as you have it in hand either at home or at any site.
