I think the official "Transition" guide is what I need unless someone has something else.

Unfortunately, that format is not something I can easily distribute to my students who need to bridge the gap.
- Visit the link for the CIN Sneak Peek
- Check the "related content" > "Today's Slides" | it's in powerpoint format.
- Get the relevant information for your class to a document format that suits, then share with the class.
The material is for instructors only tho, so I'd suggest to reformat or rewrite the relevant contents for your students.
