Do CIN get access to Certmaster labs?

No, CM Labs are not automatically available to members of CIN. However, there are some benefits that you can get:

1) CertMaster Instructor and Student Guides - Available during Train the Trainer, you usually have to catch the first couple sessions either live or on demand.
2) Testing Voucher - Available after completing all the Train the Trainer sessions for a series, beginning when the first session starts and ending two weeks after the last session
3) CM Learn/Learn Labs (and I think CM Practice as well, but not sure) - 30 Day evals can be provided by your CompTIA Partner business relationship manager.
As for the next TTT series for Cloud+, that probably won't happen until the next release for the 004 exam. But you can re-watch the TTT for 003 by going here.

Rick nailed it above. The Learn, Lab and Practice products are usually shown during a TTT, but they aren't given to everyone. Everyone gets the Instructor manual and demos are available.

You organization can hopefully join, but if nothing else they each have 'free' trial accounts you can play with to get some experience. The 'free' is in marks because only certain things are free so be aware of that.
