Really looking forward to this one!

From a content developer's perspective, I'll just say... Some companies place greater emphasis on learning design, pedagogy, and learning theory than others do. There are also many different learning audiences, and no single product can do a good job of addressing all these audiences' needs...

Teaching to the test is not the same thing as helping students prepare for the test. I think it's completely legitimate to discuss how concepts might be tested, and what kinds of surprise topics might show up on the exam. The only way I can know those things is if I've taken these types of exams...

But when we can renew these certs via TTT vouchers, it's not "spending money", it's instructors keeping up with the exams as the TTTs are intended to do. I think keeping certs current is less important to me than seeing the exams regularly, so I can better help my students know what to expect...

I'm running through his Data+ course before taking that exam. His videos are really good!

I usually take 2-4 months to study for each exam, but then, I'm usually studying for at least 2 exams at a time (plus teaching, writing, going to school this year, martial arts, husband, kids...you know, life). Also, I'm certain the last-minute cramming helps me. I've almost always got knowledge...
