Most definitely. Just elaborating out for the OP- CloudWatch is to be used for monitoring. EventBridge is to be used for event-driven architecture. It is being used to respond to your alarms and initiate automated workflows in response to alarms and events. It's an extension of CloudWatch now...

It does. I'd actually prefer to wait until after the TTT ends, and then take the learning and dive a bit deeper, and THEN get the voucher and pass the Net+. I was mostly afraid the voucher expires when the TTT series expires. Thanks for the explanation!

I feel the same way! Network+ intimidates me, but I'm looking forward to a deep dive. What becomes known becomes less intimidating for me. So I am looking forward to it as well. :) Thank you to CIN TTT and @Stephen Schneiter as well!

But I thought you had different options to renew for CompTIA? So you can either identify continuing education opportunities, hit the number of credits you need to renew your cert, pay the fee, and you're good to go. Or, you could do a beta test, which is cheaper, and if you pass, you get to...

I'm aware of that, but the majority of people don't have access to AWS Academy, so it's kinda a moot point for anyone who is NOT an AWS Academy instructor. I actually do have access to AWS Academy, so I'm pretty lucky. But..... if @Mark Anthony Germanos wants other options that are achievable...

Depends. Foundation level is $100. Associate level is $150. Professional level and specialties are $300. But each time you pass, you get a 50% off voucher to use towards your next cert, so as long as you use the voucher, it's reasonable.

Hi everyone, If I took and passed the AWS Solutions Architect Professional back in October 2023, can I use it to renew my Cloud+ certification if the Cloud+ is due to expire this summer? I can't figure out if I can use it to renew, or if I can only use a certification I passed from this year...

Thank you for those tips. I've already done both of those, and more than once for each of those suggestions. I haven't heard back from Stephen, and each time I try to go through my account details, it remains greyed out. Are there any other options anyone else tried that might work...
