How to update my email address?

Thank you for those tips. I've already done both of those, and more than once for each of those suggestions. I haven't heard back from Stephen, and each time I try to go through my account details, it remains greyed out. Are there any other options anyone else tried that might work...

How to update my email address?

Hi everyone, I was accepted into the CompTIA Instructor Network sometime last year, and I'm probably going to jump to a new company, since my current company is running out of funding they received to train retired military. When I went to my profile, I see I can change some things, but not my...

So all done with CTT, or some waiting for the Result?

I got my results back a couple of weeks ago and saw I passed. I had to redo consent forms and there were a couple of issues they had with having actual signatures. They were pretty picky with a few other things they said I needed to initial or whatever. I passed.

    Virtual recording- one more question!

I redid the recording with my class. I did exactly that, and it's just under 22 minutes! Now, I'm just having a problem with submitting, since I don't know what the registration ID is.

Help- Filling out Virtual Submission Forms, and....

I know. There is one problem- when I go to the page to upload this monster, it asks for a Registration ID. It's not on the instruction forms or the voucher. Do you know what that is? Thanks for your help.

    Virtual recording- one more question!

Ok, I've got one more issue with my virtual recording. I did a recording last night, and it went over. So I did another recording today, and it's over by 1 minute and 23 seconds. I was able to get to the end, and the only thing not showing up before the 22 minute mark would be the recap and...

Help- Filling out Virtual Submission Forms, and....

Question- does anyone know if this is part of the form we have to fill out, or do I have to fill out a separate evaluation form of my video and submit that as well? Thanks!

Help- Filling out Virtual Submission Forms, and....

The form asks for it. It seems I might need for a CompTIA partner to sign off on this. Thanks.

Help- Filling out Virtual Submission Forms, and....

I do contract work for a partner, so I'll probably have to go to them. Hopefully, they will agree to provide that partner number! I did email CompTIA to see if they would allow me to apply without the partner number. Thanks.

Help- Filling out Virtual Submission Forms, and....

Hi everyone. I'm going to be submitting my video I'm doing over the weekend on Monday, and I see on the form in part A, that they ask for a CompTIA Member/Partner Number, which is a 6 digit number. I am not working for anyone right now, and I suspect that is for whomever your employer is...
