    Glad it’s now working I have had a number of issues with Pearson in the past always gets sorted but can some times take a day or so

    Have you activated the key you were sent already as @Fanuel said they are only valid for 30 days? I always make sure i download the PDFs just so i have them if i need them again ever

    I use a Mac for my exams and I have also found the drag and drop does not work correct. It’s like there is a delay on it
