Are you logged into the CompTIA store with an account that is tied to your Partner status? For example, if you are an academic partner, you should be using your .EDU account. If it's not working like that, I'd probably reach out to your Business Development Manager and see if something is up...
DEC? That's not old, that crosses into "venerable" territory, but only *slightly* before my time.
Ask Google? Heh... one can only speculate what you might get from Google's form of Skynet, brother. You might have better luck with desiccated chicken bones on a trash can lid.
Exactly my point...
Wow, dude. A bit much for a service that CompTIA offers instructors - for free. There are no expectations of when vouchers will come.
It usually takes about 6-8 weeks on the short side for vouchers to process. Much of the time, Stephen has to process this on his own - amidst all his other...
I know there's always that push to get the kiddos into those core exams. And perhaps there are 1-2 students in a classroom of 30 that may be able to step up to that. Tough to get good training across with a class period of 50 minutes on average, with, maybe about 35 minutes of actual teaching...
I would say CompTIA Tech+, which you've mentioned already.
I would also look at Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or AWS Cloud Practitioner if you're looking at cloud stuff.

I'm presently reviewing Dion's SecurityX offering - I got about 3/4 way through the CertMaster before my key from TTT expired. Activated it and got busy. But the thing I've noted is, for me, the Udemy offering gives me an audio listening component, where CertMaster doesn't do this (which...
Well, you can have a look at my Train-the-Trainer for Server+ which should help. While I don't have classroom ready slides, you can adapt what you find in the resource area to whatever you might need.
Good luck!

Ahh, the age old problem with authentication in education - students/parents who lose their passwords.
Are you talking about the new CompTIA platform? And why is the reset function creating a lot of unhappy students/parents?
I'm afraid in this scenario, there's not much of an easy way...
I'm pretty sure there will be no eBook, as Linux v8 is moving on to CertMaster as well. I hear the instructor who taught TTT (@jasoneckert ) has a new book out, though...lol
I don't know if that's the case; there's too much revenue to be had in subscription-based training. And there are folks out there that think CertMaster is great, particularly with the incorporations of LabSim's materials. I know there was a lot of concern among the authors and content...
I think we can all tell stories of the paper-certs that we've encountered in the field. It's frustrating because I know the sweat equity that I put into attaining and keeping my certs - in fact, I go through the material every time I renew, just so I can make sure I remember the things I may...
I don't think we'll see that from CompTIA, given their current trajectory with CertMaster products. And that's okay to me, because it gives the other publishers and authors a great opportunity to put their materials in the hands of learners and instructors. I can think of two, here on CIN...
I can tell you that in my 35 years, I still don't make $200k, and certainly not in 90 days. Probably couldn't do that without doing something very illegal.
But to get back to the OP's question, the one thing I put into every lecture is "heart". If students don't have the heart to train, stay...
