From what I see, the PPT slides aren't actually shared - just the links to the ON24 sessions you must register for (which include downloadable PPTs) alongside the labs I encourage others to freely use/share (and a Rocky Linux version of the Fedora setup that still lists Fedora throughout ;-)...

That is likely CompTIA's certificate for their Microsoft EntraID single sign-on (SSO) and associated domain/tenant in Azure. No, CompTIA is not part of Microsoft (to my knowledge).

There's definitely no shortage of text tools on Linux. Tools like awk, sed, cut, paste, nl, etc. are lumped into next Thursday's TTT on the shell because they are often used alongside redirection, and they’re easier to introduce a bit later in the course, once students have some shell basics...
