    Happy to say last night I passed the Cloud+ exam. Had this on the list for some time but had to do AWS first due to work. After watching though the Cloud+ TTT I booked the test and passed first time :-). CASP+ next I think

    How to create a new account?

    I am now being given a message saying my account is locked out @Stephen Schneiter is this something you can help with. Not sure what is going on had account issues then everything was working now back to having issues again

    Has anyone had an issue getting past the user info validation page when scheduling an exam?

    Glad it’s now working I have had a number of issues with Pearson in the past always gets sorted but can some times take a day or so

    Have you activated the key you were sent already as @Fanuel said they are only valid for 30 days? I always make sure i download the PDFs just so i have them if i need them again ever

    The vouchers will come in time just wait some more time Stephen does an amazing job at getting these for us but it takes time to work through the approvals
