I do not believe there is a built in way from on24, but you could use a screen/video capture tool to do it.

Well that would be a @Stephen Schneiter question, but I honestly don't think it's an option in on24 from having been on the instructor/admin side before. On24 makes the sessions available on-demand forever it seems, so I have just bookmarked all the TTT on-demand URLs for future reference.
