Unable to book exam using Pearson VUE

Hi All,

Have any one booked the exam using VUE to take the exam at home.

I tried but it shows all the dates and greyed out for April and I cannot navigate to May.

Tried different exam, different browser, still no go.

I have just checked for booking, it is still valid.
Is this the first (or second) try? Because I did not know your status of exam. With re-take policy, you must wait at least 14 days to take the next try.

@NATUNA is right, if you have failed twice recently you have to wait before you can retake again. Also, it might just not be available in your region either period or due to staffing (proctors) availability.

My last one was the WIndows 2000 Upgrade exam - I thought I had it nailed and then....newp...rejected...back to the minors, rookie.

So I take my time with them now...maybe a bit too much, but I hate the agony of defeat.

Forgot to update the thread.

I was able to book the test by using a different laptop.

Not sure what the issue was.

Cleared the exam
