Unable to complete my On-Demand Session

I joined session 9 late and got only 74 mins for attendance. I have been trying to rewatch the whole session to complete my attendance for at least 110mins but the session keeps timing out. is there something I need to do differenly?

Hi @Bofy Idiodi I can take a look at it. If it will not update the certificate for you, I can track the session on ON24 to make sure you have credit.

Go for the on demand session to complete it

Go to on demand and select resources
