If you follow the link sent to you to join the Session, it should show you the recording.
I would say they should sign up for the sessions themselves, so they can get credit for participating. But beyond that, no, you wouldn't be able to share it like that, unless they watched it with you or something (or they logged on as you which isn't a good thing, but, within the realm of possibility...)
Probably best they register and watch the sessions themselves, assuming your teammates are instructors.

The on-demand link to the video can be shared after the fact, but I agree with Rick for those interested now. It just started so they can catch up for sure.
Yes, the link may be shared with other instructors. They will complete the reg form for the session when they go to access the link.
Make sure you sign for all sessions and you may use the link in your inbox to access the on demand session
