Can I use the 1100 series voucher I received through participation in the Core 2 220-1102 TTT course to test for the A+ 1101 exam instead? I had another voucher given to me through my employer before I received this voucher and have already passed the 1102 exam.

You should be able to use that voucher for either the 1101 or the 1102. Unless CompTIA changed something, A+ vouchers have been good for the A+, whichever.
You can always try scheduling the exam and if it works, profit. If it doesn't, then you can cancel out the scheduling, no harm done.

I agree with Rick. Try it and see if it will let you book the 1101. Congratulations on passing the 1102 
Should work, as far as I know they haven't changed anything in that regard. Congrats on the pass!
