As an instructor, is there any way to access my student's scores once they complete the certification exams?

Nope, not as an instructor. You have to rely on the students telling you if they passed or not, or what their score was.
CertMetrics will tell you if they passed or failed and the exam date. However, no scores.

We are an academic testing site. I was told there was a way for instructors to see result when an exam is taken. Where do I find the instructions for obtaining the results? What do the students need to do? Thank you!

Did you give the students vouchers to access their exams? If you did then you can use the CompTIA Voucher Verification Tool.
