I would like to know if CompTIA is facing any challenges in shipping certificates, My CASP+ certificate in certmetrics shows that it was shipped on 15th January, 2023 but up to now I have not received it.

I wager it's the size of the envelope and the prominent "DO NOT BEND' label.
The mailed cert is nice for personal reasons, but it's not necessary for professional reasons. I can prove certification by sharing my CompTIA transcript, downloading a PDF of my cert, or displaying my badge from Credly. I have my college diploma and nine of my 60+ certs on the wall in my office. My CASP+ and CISM are displayed, but my MS Office and IT Fundamentals+ certs are in a folder in a desk drawer.
