Sorry. Zero Touch has nothing to do with SD-WAN. (If you make a quit, tell it, otherwise i appreciate that you give an explanation).
Zero Touch was mostly used in larger Companies for deploying OS and Apps.
Today Microsoft replaces it with Autopilot, which is not 100% Zero Touch, but works from everywhere with Microsoft365 and an Device that has internet Access.

So, what to you mean with SD-WAN here?
I know some Network Vendors, who offer Cloud Configuration for their Devices to get their Configuration), but often that is also not 100% Zero Touch (AFAIK, depending on the Vendor).
Sophos Red, cisco Meraki, Aruba ZTP for Example.
So ZT is older the today used in Networking.

But no, i do not remember, that is it a big part in a Course. A+ has something with Microsoft WDS covered. but that is EOL with Windows 10. And moved to the Cloud. Unified Endpoint Management...
