Purchasing CompTIA vouchers for your college?

How is everyone doing this now?
In years past, there was an online .pdf form that we could fill out with voucher information, and credit card payment details.
A few business days later we would receive the vouchers via email.
This seems to have changed over the last year.
Are your students using the compTIA store to purchase the vouchers? or does your school bulk buy them?

Yes, there is no bulk discount. I'm simply referring to and questioning about how schools that teach to CompTIA certifications purchase vouchers for their students.
As an example... in past years, we used the online form and would buy (let's say) five A+ vouchers with the academy discount.
This process seems to be gone.

I've sent an email to academy @ comptia.org hoping to hear back on how to proceed on purchasing vouchers.
