Purchasing CompTIA vouchers for your college?

How is everyone doing this now?
In years past, there was an online .pdf form that we could fill out with voucher information, and credit card payment details.
A few business days later we would receive the vouchers via email.
This seems to have changed over the last year.
Are your students using the compTIA store to purchase the vouchers? or does your school bulk buy them?
