A couple of months ago, when I recommended that students use the Academic Store as usual, I realized that it was no longer available. After searching online, I found the following link. I suggest that students follow the steps there to get the student discount — it might be helpful to you:

Do You Offer Discounts for Students, and How Can I Get One?

My students plan to take the exam a little later, so they haven’t tried the instructions in the link yet.

Is anyone else having issues with academic pricing no longer available in their profile account at store.comptia.org? We bulk order vouchers for our students but all of the sudden I no longer have academic pricing available and my profile lists me as a student.
Are you logged into the CompTIA store with an account that is tied to your Partner status? For example, if you are an academic partner, you should be using your .EDU account. If it's not working like that, I'd probably reach out to your Business Development Manager and see if something is up with that.
