Yes, you need to log into the CompTIA Partner portal. There you will find instructions on logo usage and all of the logos available for use.

The official response is that the courses should be proceeded by "CompTIA" to avoid any confusion with other organizations or products. So, the official name for the certification is CompTIA SecurityX.
