Yes, one of the frustrating things in CompTIA exams is that we are being tested on our knowledge of acronyms. In most places, that is considered unfair. All acronyms, according to professional pyschometricians, need to be explained.

I agree with your assessment of the timing. The rule of thumb for multiple-choice exams is supposed to be one minute per question. I wonder why the actual exam engine gave you less time than the objectives say you should get? I would definitely bring that up with CompTIA.

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is a great cert! If you can pass that one, you will not have any problems with Cloud Essentials+.

Peeps, I'm having a tough time finding a place where I can create some online labs for CompTIA certs. It seems I can get free VMs in the cloud for a 12-month trial period from all of the big names, but I need a place that will never charge my students any money. I very often am teaching people...

It was a good experience. They use remote proctoring, so I took the exam from the comfort of my recliner. The only drawback is that there is no way to take a quick run to the restroom, so careful planning is a must for those of us who are middle aged and above!

I think that if we go with IoT+ that it should be like Cloud Essentials+, oriented towards managerial personnel who need to understand what their IT peeps are talking about.
